I have to admit! I’m a bit gourmand….
I love baking. Since I was a little girl I was baking with my mum, always leaking the bowls… Then alone when I was feeling stressed. So for Christmas my mum offered me a great book on French baking and since then I’m baking about one pastry per week…. My girls are very happy about it! And I can say I’m lucky not have the tendency to gain weight easily.
So last week end I did some pistachio cream puff to pleased my husband who happens to love pistachio, even if he has more like a salty palet…
With a little drizzle of dark chocolat, trust me it is a delight!
Hope you enjoyed.
This park was created between 1899 and 1910 by Alexandre Marcel. It’s the biggest Japanese park in Europe.
At your first step you feel like you did travel thousand of miles… this is a pure beauty.
They even have an lovely Hindu temple.
Bye bye, hope you enjoy!
In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “The Full Moon.”
As you may know the Hermione is on her way to New York. I did have the chance to see her in La Rochelle and that night the moon was full… Will post soon a little “report” about this amazing ship.
One of the wonders of France!
A unique monastery on a rock island in Normandy. It was built between the 9th and the 15th century.
The next view gives an idea of the height of the monastery.
The interior of the monastery.
This picture brings me back like if I were in the medieval times, what looks like a monk is just a tourist passing by!
Hope you enjoyed!
It was carnival day today at school!
What’s best than a chocolate croissant to end the carnival!
After Easter in France Monday is a day off. The weather was beautiful so we packed sandwiches and off we went to the Pornichet. It’s only 45 minutes drive.
The girls had a lot of fun and it was a pleasure for us to see her having fun and laughed like crazy lunatics!
Seagulls are very sneaky! Poor crab.
Hope you enjoyed my escaping to the beach!
Had a blast last year with friends to go up the 2nd floor of the Eiffel tower by night. Thanks God we took the elevator…
On the other hand, we did climb approximatively 280 steps to go up the Arc de Triomphe! After this I was literally dead on my feet. But the view was worth it.
Hope you enjoy the view 😉
